Our Mission
We, at Olivia Montessori, follow a child-centered educational approach based on scientific observations from birth to six years. We believe that a child is naturally curious and is capable of initiating learning in a supportive and thoughtfully prepared environment with carefully designed and selected materials and when combined with meaningful experiences, the child is being moulded for the future.

Vision
Provide a progressive curriculum that educates about the external world in unison with development of Pancha-koshas*, in an environment that puts the child's needs first and center.
We are committed to providing relevant education to students who will walk out of school ready for lives of leadership and service to their community. From literacy to music, art and sciences, each day at Olivia Montessori is filled with activities that are both enriching and fun. We strive to be committed to the students we are privileged to serve.
Our Principles

The child is at the center of every Curriculum decision made, and we put the needs of the child above all else. Our Curriculum meets the child where they are and prioritizes all areas of child development. We integrate support for diverse and multilingual learners throughout the Curriculum to provide an equitable experience for all children.

Leadership
Every member in our leadership team is trained in the Montessori methodology and have over 45 years of experience between them.
Rakesh Sheshadri
Rakesh Sheshadri has more than 30 years of work experience in multiple industries and multiple functions that included sales, training, and content development. He endeavors to fill the gaps in education system and strongly believes early years are a key to this. He is passionate about Early Education, books and bikes.
Aparna is a certified Montessori Toddlers Assistant from Associate Montessori Internationale. She has over a decades experience in retained executive search and talent acquisition for large corporates.
Hemalatha Srinivasan
Hemalatha Srinivasan has over 4 decades of experience in the Montessori world. She has worked in Montessori schools across India, USA, Europe and Thailand. She is trained in the Montessori methodology by the successors of Maria Montessori when they camped in Bangalore in 1970’s. She brings a lifetime of experience that will keep us true to Maria Montessori’s vision.
